This is a double room within a maisonette which was recently converted from an end of terrace house to a really nice modern home. This also has a private south facing garden which will be great in the summer for BBQs and relaxing after work. I purchased the property in December 2018 and have fully furnished it and living here since January. There is plenty of storage within the bedroom and also cupboards in the kitchen and an outside shed suitable for bicycles. There’s also BT fibre optic WI-FI & freeview smart TV. The home is on two very reliable bus routes into the city centre which take 10-15 minutes during peak times. The walk into the train station is 30-35 minutes. There are also very good cycle routes into the city centre and both Springfield & Broomfield hospitals.

I have a private/shared driveway with my upstairs neighbour which has room for 3 cars per property.
The property is within a very quiet neighbourhood which also has a Morrison’s supermarket 5 minutes walk away as well as the Chelmsford Athletics Centre & Gym. Being located on the edge of the City there’s plenty of excellent public footpath routes into the countryside as well as pubs within those walking routes.

About myself personally this was my first venture onto the property ladder leaving my parents home and gaining some much needed independence! I work Monday-Friday in Chelmsford usually 8-4 and then at weekends I enjoy doing Parkrun, going to watch football and socialising with my friends.

I will also consider if you have a dog whether it would be suitable to stay depending on the circumstances that could work out with me.
