Double room available in center of Chelmsford

I am professional living in the city center. It is one of the tallest buildings in Chelmsford. Very convenient location - 8 mins by walk to train station, 1 min to high street, 4 min walk to Tesco Springfield, central park etc. The view from the flat is stunning. Very good sun light and ventilation all the time. Though it is close to high street you don't hear much noise.

Very nice 2 bed flat. Kitchen, living will be shared. There are 2 bedrooms and one of them has ensuite bathroom. There is a separate family bathroom as well. So, there is a good privacy. Includes all necessary furniture and appliances.

Rooms are much bigger so feels spacious. If you need car park we have to check with other flats and rent it out (There are many vacant ones).

I am married with a kid but family has moved back to home country. I prefer to eat vegetarian at home. I am good cook and like mainly Indian food. I am very clean person with bit of OCD for cleanliness.

I would prefer male professionals. We have to get the tenancy agreement modified by the estate agent so they may ask for certain details.
