Internally the property comprises of an 25ft living accommodation with dining table, Sky TV and large patio doors overlooking the newly renovated garden. The house has a separate modern kitchen with integrated washing machine, dishwater, fridge, freezer and cooker.

The garden whilst small, is east facing, astro-turfed for a nice green view and makes for a great outdoor space for a glass of wine, beer or BBQ in the summer months. The house has parking for at least two cars and has ample parking space for visitors.

Location:
Beaulieu Heath offers on your doorstep, an abundance of convenience stores, including Sainsbury’s, award winning Churchill’s Fish & Chips, Costa Coffee, Coffee Squared, a Beauty Salon and Domino’s Pizza. Public transport is available with regular bus services into Chelmsford Train Station (approx. 3miles) and Chelmsford Town Centre (2.8miles).

Owner:
The house will be shared with me. I am 36, male and work in London. Although I am a busy person, I am relaxed, chilled and generally sociable. I am rarely at home during the day and early evenings with work, children and gym commitments, so you will have sole use of the house during this time. Please note, that I have two children who stay with me at weekends, so whilst the weekdays will be quiet and relaxed, the weekends tend to be busier, where there may be increased noise (mainly in winter when the weather does not always allow for outdoor activities) as my children are aged 4 and 2. The length of the stay is negotiable but will be running on a rolling 1 month contract. Room available from 1st September and viewings available upon request.
