Here is some more info about us and our home!

The room:
We have a very spacious double room in a beautiful, large three-bedroom house with a garden! The room comes unfurnished or furnished with two large windows that let in plenty of natural light. There is plenty of space and a blank canvas for you to create your own cozy room, with a personal touch.

Our home:
The house has a big open plan living room, dining room and kitchen perfect for having friends over or relaxing after work. The living room is really homely, with a comfy L-shaped sofa, tv with Netflix etc. great for a movie night. The kitchen comes with all the standard, microwave, oven, washing machine etc. And opens out onto a big garden at the back of the house that gets the sun all day and isn’t overlooked by any neighbours, great for BBQs! We also have a garage and shed for extra storage. The house has a toilet downstairs and one bathroom upstairs which has a big corner bath and shower, as well as two other bedrooms.

Location:
We live on Crompton Street in Chelmsford, about a 15 min walk to town and the train station, as well being on the main bus routes. There’s easy access to the A12 and A414 and we are close to Hylands Estate and other country parks! There is a great cafe around the corner, perfect for weekend brunch, a Premier on the corner, and supermarkets like Aldi, M&S and Tesco are close too! There’s free on street parking directly outside the house with no permit needed as well as additional parking around the back.

A bit about us:
We are Aggie (33), Kirsten (30). We are both full time working professionals and work locally. We are really friendly, tidy, considerate housemates and more importantly, friends. We enjoy spending time together having movie nights, the occasional nights out, brunch, but are also happy to have our own time and space too.

We are looking for someone friendly, sociable and tidy to join our home. Ideally, a likeminded girl who is looking to be friends as well as housemates.

The room is available from Sunday 1st December.
The room is £595 a month, furnished or unfurnished, the deposit is £400 and bills come in at roughly £100 each per month, which will cover, T. V licence, gas, electricity and water, council tax and internet.
