Located next to Central Park and just a 10 minute walk from Chelmsford Station and the town centre, this two bedroom first-floor flat is looking for a professional adult to move into the double bedroom. This room is equipped with an ensuite/shower, a large fitted wardrobe and a private balcony.

We are also located 5 minutes away from Chelmsford Cricket Ground and about 40 seconds away from Virgin Active. Gates are also in the process of being installed for extra security. Pets are unfortunately not permitted.

The bedroom is unfurnished but the living room is fully furnished by the existing tenant.

Your share of the rent would be £615 and the monthly council tax is £72 each. Bills varies depending on meter usage. There are currently no spare parking spaces so the ideal applicant would need to be someone without a car.
