We have a lovely little garden, which is great for BBQs in the summer and a shed for bike storage.

It’s a double sized room which comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, a built in corner shelf unit and has a window over looking the garden.
The location
The house is situated in an AMAZING location - a ten minute walk to Chelmsford train station and less than five minute walk to the city centre. Moulsham street itself is a very vibrant area offering lots of good pubs and restaurants also. On street permit parking is available at a low price for a year.
The price
Rent is £590 which includes all bills. Council tax will be renewed around February and I’ll be looking to switch energy and internet provider in January to keep the cost as low as possible.

I’m social, mature, tidy. I’m a professional and work Monday - Friday. You’ll get regular chunks of time with the place to yourself, but it probably won’t suit raucous house party animals. I’m pretty normal, happy down the pub with a beer or watching Netflix at home. I look forward to meeting you when I show you the place!
