Large loft room on separate floor to rest of the house, own bathroom. We are empty nesters with a large house to share with the right person. We have one other lodger.
20-30 minutes walk to city centre or station. On 42 bus route. Off road parking on drive with electric car charging point. Shared use of large kitchen, shelf in larder cupboard, and fridge in kitchen also freezer for storing food.
Room is about 16 feet square with double bed, superfast broadband wifi. coffee/tea making and fridge in room, large desk. Can supply a TV if wanted. Separately controlled heating. Linen and towels included. Room cleaned fortnightly.
We would also consider a part-time let or Monday to Friday let, prices to be agreed depending on what is wanted.
