Single Bedroom in Chelmer Village

I’m looking for someone to move into this lovely flat I am renting, as the previous tenant living here moved out. The flat is in a great location, situated 10 minutes from the centre and there are great public transport links.

The flat is fully furnished, apart from the single bedroom being advertised. There is a shared living area, which has been nicely decorated and a shared kitchen, fully fitted with all the necessary utensils.

The bedroom would fit a single bed or a small double bed. It will need storage units and a wardrobe to be fitted also.

The apartment has a lovely garden and one partaking space between the two tenants (although there is road parking available).

I usually spend most weekends away from the flat, so new tenants will have this time and space to themselves. I will also be living out of the flat for the next to months, due to the corona virus, so you will have the flat to yourself during this period.

I am very sociably, laid back and I keep the flat tidy, so I would like to live with someone would do the same. I am happy to live with smokers, so long as smoking is strictly outside only.

There are a few more details to discussed with regards to meeting the land lord, but this can be discussed during viewings for those interested. Pets will also need to be discussed.
