We have a lovely furnished room for rent in our 3 bedroom house with a double bed & mattress. The room is a nice size with cupboard, chest of drawers, open wardrobe and storage space.

House is located in Chelmsford, Essex

The room has just been painted and carpet washed. Super fast Virgin Media broadband is available in the room. Also there is WIFI access throughout the house so internet connection is not a problem.

Also a lovely big garden with shed to store bicycle etc.

There is a newly installed bathroom on the top floor with bathtub & shower and kitchen on the bottom floor with all new appliances: gas hobs, washing machine, kitchen worktops, oven etc.

You are welcome to use the house facilities such as washing machine, cooker, etc.

The house is located 10 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes walk from the town centre so very convenient. Bus stop to town is also 1 min walk away. Also Morrisons supermarket and local convenience stores are 5 min walk away.

There is an owner/occupier with 2 cats and we are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.
