Single room available in an executive 2 bedroomed flat overlooking Springfield Basin, which is a quiet stretch of canal in a central location located a couple of minutes from town.

It's a two minute walk to town and a fifteen minute walk to the train station.

All bills included. The room has a double bed at the moment, but I can swap it for a single bed if you want a bit more room, as well as a wardrobe and a shelving unit.

Full Sky TV package (excluding Movies, but who needs to watch the same film seven times every month, right?), shared living room and unlimited broadband, as well as a massive HDTV (yes, it's a shallow thing to put, but I like the tv) Sharing with me - I'm a 34 year old guy, working full time in town (or in "the city" if we're being pedantic), looking for someone fairly easy going.

You'll have use of all facilities in the flat including the kitchen and living room. This would suit a young professional or student. Rent per week includes all bills including wifi, gas, electric and water. The room is available from 1st June, please contact me if you are interested.
