monday to friday only - double bedroom with own bathroom and living room (property has 2) in lovely home in central chelmsford. all the usual amenities, very safe residential area. i keep myself to myself in the evenings - suitable for person who likes privacy and independence rather than companionship, though i am not as unfriendly as that makes me sound! walk to station and town center, near tesco, park and gym. off road parking, wifi etc.
i have a little dog who is very well behaved, non allergic and non moulting, who does not go into lodger part of house.
