I'm a live in landlord looking for a female lodger/house mate for my spare room. It's a comfortable, furnished room in my lovely 2 bedroom, ground floor garden flat in a quiet road near Central Park. 15 minute walk to Chelmsford station / town centre and close to A12.
Professional female preferred to share with me and my two cats.
The room is fully furnished inc 4ft divan bed with storage beneath, bedside cabinet and lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, roller blind, with 3 double electric points and TV point.
There’s a shared bathroom, kitchen, patio garden and comfortable lounge.
I'm outgoing, sociable, laid back and friendly and work full time in London. Newly vegan 🌱 animal lover. Looking for a house mate with similar interests who's friendly, tidy and will treat my home with respect.
Non-smokers only.
Will consider Monday-Friday or long term lets. Reduced rent for Mon-Fri only.
This room is for single occupancy only, unfortunately I cannot accommodate DSS, couples, children or dogs.
