Deposit required of £200, re-paid on date of departure.
Would suit a professional, requiring a room, Monday to Friday but is also available for 7 day rental should it be necessary.
No students, DSS or couples. I am a live-in landlord.
Please note for 5 days a week I will need proof of home address in addition to proof of employment.
