2 rooms available in modern shared house

Hi there,!

I have two gorgeous rooms becoming available in a modern shared house.

The current housemates work in professional jobs and like to socialise at the weekends. This house share is only suitable for clean, tidy and respectful people.
The current house mates are an easy going bunch and would like to find two new housemates of a similar nature.

The rent includes all bills and super fast fibre optic WIFI. All rooms have TV aerials, modern furniture and clean decor.

The communal areas are cleaned weekly by a cleaner and this is also included in the rent.

Becoming available are:

1. Small double room with double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, desk and double wardrobe.

Rent including all bills is £455 per calendar month

2. All of the above but a double bed and larger double room.

Rent including all bills is £500 per calendar month.

I am now taking bookings for viewings between 8.30 am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
