Big double room in friendly house

The house is big, offering you enough room to decide when you want to socialise or when you just want a little peace and quiet...when you do decide to relax with two very friendly and laid back housemates you will have no problem fitting in and feeling welcome.

I really loved staying at Rik's. I lived there for a year and only moved out because I got offered my dream job and had to move to Kent! Rik is a very considerate landlord, who makes everyone feel welcome. At the same time, it never really felt like he was a 'landlord', he was more like a friend that I lived with. He's very easy going and genuine. The house itself is great too. The rooms are big, much bigger than they look. There's a space to study, there are two bathrooms. One with an amazing shower and the other with an amazing bath. The kitchen is lovely too and the living room has a massive TV with virgin channels. There is also a really cute cat that often visits the house. He is super friendly and loves pets, he's more like a dog really. When I lived there we often had film nights and played games together. But it is what you'd make it... I honestly loved living there. Would be happy to provide a reference or chat to anyone who has questions about the house or Rik.
