We are looking for someone who can appreciate a clean and quiet house, to create a happy house share.
The current tenants (T) are friendly but quiet young professionals.

ROOM
South facing, lockable small double bedroom overlooking a peaceful garden.
The room includes a double bed, single wardrobe, chest of drawers, media cabinet, bedside table.
We don’t provide bedding.
The room is available for SINGLE OCCUPANCY only, like the other rooms, so you would never have to share with more than 2-3 people.
AREA
Old Harlow is a charming area with many listed buildings.
It is peaceful, green and safe and has excellent transport connections.
The house is located by Harlowbury Manor and open countryside, yet is 5 minutes walk from a train station (Harlow Mill), providing easy access into London, Cambridge, Stansted etc. Epping tube station is within a short drive and provides access to London Underground/Central Line.
The high street is a short walk away, and there you can find all the amenities you need: supermarket, bakery, post office, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors surgery, dentist, library, hairdressers, wine merchant, cafes, antique shop etc.
There are beautiful pubs and restaurants scattered all around. Some by the River Stort, which is a beautiful spot for walking, running, water sports or just watching the boats go by.
There are also a Tesco Superstore and The Range 15 minutes walk, as well as 4 retail parks located nearby, where you can find a variety of shops, cinema, restaurants etc. A car isn’t necessary here, due to the train station and nearby amenities.
HOUSE
The house is very bright and airy, with a front and back garden. The back garden is south facing and has a seating area for alfresco meals.
The kitchen and dining room is large with lots of storage and space to eat.
Everyone has their own kitchen cabinets and drawers and fridge shelves and freezer drawers.
There is a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave etc.
There is a sofa for chilling on.
There are two bathrooms.
There is a separate back hall for drying of clothes.
Parking is free.

We have super fast fiber optic broadband.
Broadband, council tax (Band D) and utilities are included in the rent.
DEPOSIT
£600 is a damage deposit paid up front when a candidate has stated they want to take a room, and not part of rent payment during tenancy. £138 of that sum is a holding deposit, that reserves you the room for a week, to provide us with documentation and complete the referencing process.
