I am looking for a quiet, professional female in full time work. I would prefer someone that works full time in the office. But that is negotiable for the right person.

I have a Double room for rent in a quiet, peaceful area of Old Harlow ( Churchgate) We have a small local grocery store and café just a few minutes walk away. We also have a wonderful Tudor pub with amazing Thai cuisine.

I am right next to fields which makes for a very nice walk as well as the small forest.

The room is being advertised as Furnished. There is a king bed, and a side table.

This double room is within a small 2 bed cottage , newly renovated. I am a live-in landlord.

The property has on road parking very near the property.

The property has a fairly large south facing garden which you can use.

The property has 1 bathroom, with a standalone bath and shower..

The cottage benefits from fibre broadband to the property, so you will have access to ultra-fast broadband. I am happy to provide access to Netflix, Paramount+ streaming services as well.

We are 2.0 miles ( 6 minute drive) from the Harlow mill train station, which has links directly into London Liverpool street and Stansted airport in the opposite direction. We are also just a 18 min drive ( 9.1 miles) away from Epping train station for the London central line underground trains.
