We are looking for clean, friendly and considerate working professionals to become part of this household.

In a great CO2 residential location 20m walking distance from the main Town Centre. There is parking available as well as public transport links into the Town Centre from the main road. With easy access to Colchester Train Stations, this house is also ideal for commuters.

Our Rooms:
The rooms come complete with a double or single bed, a mattress for a good night’s sleep; a bedside table, chest of drawers and free standing wardrobe.

Amenities and bills:
- All bills are included (Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Water and TV License)
- Full use of well-equipped shared kitchen and utility room including 4 hob cooker, washing machine, fridges and freezers, microwave, toaster and kettle.
- Another toilet and bathroom to share.
- Access to shared garden
- Full use of fast fibre-optic Wi-fi (Unlimited)
- Regular Cleaner for communal areas
- Parking available.
- 20m walk to Colchester Town Centre and local bus services at the end of the road.

Fees:
This room is available with a small deposit of £200 which will be returned once you leave with your room in good order. To secure the room, there is a non-refundable holding deposit of £100 per tenant payable which is later deducted from your first month's rent.

About You:
We are looking for professional working tenants who are looking for a quiet, clean and friendly place to call home. For your benefit and ours, we reference and credit check all prospective tenants. Generally a three month minimum tenancy is required.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate couples, those not working or those wishing to have children or pets stay.
