A big size double bedroom on top floor of a town house of a lovely family; available from March 2022; you will have your own bathroom next to bedroom (not ensuite), the room has 2 extra large-doubled doors wardrobes that allows you to have plenty of storage space. Two large windows over looking green space and trees at front of the house, creates tranquility atmosphere in the room. Very peaceful/quite street and house to allows you to concentrate on study or quite/relaxing day. You will have your own fridge/freezer and plenty of kitchen storage/cupboards & sink area separately in the kitchen so you can be very private if you want to be or be social at same time. Big garden with nice patio area, off street parking with plenty of space and very safe.

We are a young working family and have a young daughter.

The house is located in a very nice area next to the Abbey field park. It is approximately 40 minutes distance by public transport from the university campus; 15 minutes walk to Colchester town train station 45 minutes by direct bus to north train station.
