Cheap Room at Student Accommodation close to Uni

Are you looking for somewhere to stay during the pandemic or just some space to yourself? Do you want to spend some time in Colchester while you prepare for your studies in 20/21 or need a place for your relatives to stay during graduation?

This is the perfect accommodation for some privacy or a short stay. The bright room includes a big desk, drawers, wardrobe and a big bed. The apartment additionally includes a big living room as well as (my personal favourite) a very big kitchen. The bathtub/shower is in a separate room attached to the bathroom.

The room is part of the Beyond the Box Student Accommodation which provides, laundry rooms, bike storage as well as recycling facilities. Considering the fact that the room is in a student accommodation, only a student can be the tenant.

The apartment is in walking distance to One-Stop (3 min), Tesco (5-10min), Hythe Train Station (15 min) as well as the University of Essex (15-20 min).

I personally can only recommend the room as it provides anything one could ask for and allows for privacy and a quiet environment. The reason why I myself decided to move out is that because of the Virus I am no longer living in the UK and the room would have been left empty for months.
