We have a spacious, bright and airy extra-large double room available in this modern house share a short walk away from Colchester Town Centre. There are fresh carpets throughout and rooms have all been painted in white and come fully furnished and ready to move into.

In a great CO2 residential location 23m walking distance from Colchester Town Station and the main Town Centre. There is parking available as well as public transport links into the Town Centre from the main road. With easy access to Colchester Train Stations, this house is also ideal for commuters as well as those working locally in Colchester.

Our Room:
We have a fantastic room available in this modern houseshare with a clean, neutral and contemporary decor. The room is all furnished and ready to move into. The room comes with a double bed (complete with a double mattress for a good night’s sleep); a bedside table, chest of drawers and a freestanding wardrobe with mirrored doors. *Please note, the photo is of another room in the same house pending photos of this room*.

Fees:
There are no fees to pay. These rooms are available with a small deposit of £200. A non-refundable £100 holding deposit is required to secure the room. Once referencing is complete this will be deducted from your first month's rent.

We are looking for professional working tenants who are looking for a quiet, clean and friendly place to call home. For your benefit and ours, we reference and credit check all prospective tenants. Generally a 3-month minimum tenancy is required. Unfortunately we cannot take couples or those wishing to have children or pets stay.
