The Gold Room: The Gold Room is a sunny, warm double with Instagrammable feature wall. This bedroom has stunning features such as a fireplace and huge bay window, with brand new furniture, classy velvet double bed and a large armchair. This bedroom shares the family bathroom and is perfect for working and studying from home. It also has a huge amount of storage.

We are looking for friendly professionals who are tidy, respectable and down to earth, who we can welcome into the home.

You will have use of the lovely sunny garden and the modern, country kitchen which has a large range-style stove and underfloor heating. The living room is super cosy & warm too, and the house also has a dining area. Plenty of space! We also have secure bike storage.

Our charming end of terraced home is perfect for someone who would like to be within walking distance to Colchester town (12 mins) and very close to travel routes into London, whilst also being 1 minute walk to the park! The gyms are about 15 mins walk away and we are a 9 min drive to the hospital (also 30 min walk/25 min bus/10 min cycle to Essex University).

You would be living with a female (25) and two male (25) tenants, one of which has been living in the house since July 2021. They are all professionals and really wonderful, friendly people.
