There are 6 fantastic rooms in the house all decorated with a clean, neutral and contemporary decor. They’re all furnished and ready to move into. All have a single or double bed complete with mattress for a good night’s sleep; a bedside table chest of drawers and either a built in or brand new freestanding wardrobe with mirrored doors.

- All bills are included (Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Water and TV License)
- Full use of well-equipped shared kitchen and utility room including washer/dryer, fridge and freezer, microwave and kettle.
- Two toilets and bathroom to share.
- Access to shared garden

- Parking available on first come first served basis and on road parking.

Fees:
These rooms are available with a small deposit of £300 which is returned back to you upon your vacation.
There are no agency fees; just a small non-refundable holding fee of £100 for reference checks etc. which goes towards your first month's rent.

About You:
We are looking for preferably professional working tenants who are looking for a quiet, clean and friendly place to call home. For your benefit and ours, we reference and credit check all prospective tenants. Generally a 3-month minimum tenancy is required. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate couples or those wishing to have children or pets stay.
