All bedlinen and towels provided and laundered. All bills included as well as virgin broadband. Shared kitchen fully equipped (including washing machine) dining room and bathroom (bath and shower) and separate toilet downstairs. Use of outside patio area also available. Looking for someone non smoking or vaping and who is neat and tidy. I am professional working female living alone. Parking is available 6pm to 8am for free and permit available during the day at a cost of £1.50.
