Hi - I am renting out the main bedroom in my (first-floor) flat close to the main/north station - It is 10 mins walk into town.
The room is a good size with en-suite toilet/shower. (There is also a bath in the separate, shared bathroom). The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, cupboards, chest of drawers etc. It has a desk in it currently but I can easily move that out if you don't need it.
Fully-equipped kitchen with all the usual - fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/hob, washing machine.
There is a shared lounge and wireless broadband of course but I don't have a TV as I prefer a quiet life.
It's a cosy/tidy place so I am looking for someone responsible who will help me keep it that way. No party characters please as I am usually up at 6am.
Non-smokers only please.
There is a smallish garage to park in.
All bills included in the rent with 1 month's deposit in advance please.
There is electric storage heating, which uses Economy 7 so they heat up overnight and let the heat out during the day.
I'm happy to consider short lets of a few weeks or months, Mon-Fri or even a week-on/week off type arrangement as the current situation is still quite fluid!
