Offering a double room in a quiet house with two other university students. The room is roughly £375 per month with everything included and is located just off of Avon Way which is convenient for students. Everyone in the house is quiet, clean and friendly and we would appreciate it if we found someone who shared those values. The room is fully furnished, including a bed, desk, lamp, bookcase, shelves, nightstand and large double closet. There are two toilets in the house so no one is ever competing for it! The house also has a small garden in the back with its own entrance to the house. Due to unfortunate circumstances I am unable to stay in the room and we are looking for someone to take over the lease until the beginning of October 2017.
