I have a beautiful en suite double room coming available in a property that is just a 10 min walk from town. Access to the University is also extremely easy with a 5 min walk to the bus stop followed by an approx 10 min bus ride to the Campus.

Wardrobe
2 other sets of drawers
Desk & Office chair which can be reinstated if new tenant so wishes as the current tenant was a worker and preferred not to have them.

En suite bathroom

This has a spacious shower, toilet, wash basin with vanity cupboard below and a heated towel rail.

Contained within the rest of the house is a communal toilet, shared sitting/dining room and a large kitchen.

The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space so you would have your own designated cupboards that you don't have to share with anyone else.
Your own section in the Fridge and in the Freezer.
There are 2 cookers and 2 sink/drainers so no issues if more than one person is using the kitchen.
There is a washing machine & a tumble dryer which both have a small charge although a washing line is provided outside so tenants don't have to use the tumble dryer if they don't wish to.
There is also a breakfast bar so housemates can be sociable while other people are cooking.

There is a courtyard rear garden with space for pushbikes.

The current housemates are all female and are a fantastic group of women that are friendly and take pride in their home.
The type of person that would fit in is someone who wants to live in a clean & tidy environment, is willing to recycle their rubbish and willing to contribute in keeping the house maintained so it remains a lovely home for everyone to enjoy.
