I am looking for a room mate, my partner and I split up back in February so I can no longer afford the place by myself to be honest.
I am an outgoing, friendly, sociable girl but also like my downtime (especially Sunday evenings!) The spare bedroom is a double with 2 built in wardrobes that have sliding mirrored panels from floor to ceiling, however you do need to walk through it to access the shared bathroom. I have a friendly dog and 2 cats at the property.
There is also a garden with a lawn and patio area so perfect for Summer BBQ's (when the weather is actually sunny)
I'm looking for a like minded individual who is up for a laugh but also doesn't party 24/7. I am a clean person so would need someone else tidy and clean please!
I work full time in Ipswich, Monday to Friday from 9 to 5, so would ideally like someone who has a similar timed job and not unsociable hours or weekends. Students are unfortunately not welcome.
