We have a sunny, double room (with single occupancy) with a shared bathroom. Its spacious & quiet at the back of the house and overlooks our garden.

The house is in a safe residential area near the centre of Colchester. In the Maldon road area, which is a 10 mins walk to Crouch Street and the town centre. Or 30 mins walk to a train station and the institute. We are 20 mins drive to University and 30min drive to Wivenhoe. With lots of local buses, close to Tescos Express and Sainsburys Express and other local shops.. Easy access to A12.

A professional couple, we are friendly and relaxed. Our children have left home and so we have a large spare room to rent, which is quite separate due to the layout of the house.
