About the flat:
This is a lovely property that you can call home that has been completely renovated within the last couple of years. The flat is a first floor maisonette, with a separate kitchen area and spacious shower. If you have a car you will be glad to hear that there is parking available which is covered by our CCTV for extra safety. Please note that this is Resident Parking only so a permit is required and the cost depends on your vehicle specs.
The flat is well positioned: close to Dagenham East tube station (District line), A13 is just 7 mins and M25 is 12 mins drive.

The Neighbourhood
Central London is 35 minutes commute by tube and the tube station is only 7 minutes walk. There is also Tesco Express just before the tube station. In addition, Merrielands Retail Park is close by where you can find Homebase, Halfords, TK Maxx, Poundstretcher, Pets At Home, Aldi, Argos and KFC.

Bills are included so its just one amount you pay per month.
