Our names are Andrew and Vicki, our home is in the tranquil setting of the Dedham Vale. The property is a four bedroomed semi detached house on the outskirts of Dedham village, 1 1/2 miles from Ardleigh and Dedham high streets. Bus stop (81A route) 100 metres from property. Quick drive to A12 giving easy access to Colchester and Ipswich. Manningtree station five minutes away by car with direct routes to Harwich, Norwich, Chelmsford and London. Off road parking.

We offer a single room on the first floor which is tastefully decorated with fitted carpet. The room is fully furnished with matching quality furniture, comprising of a single wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside cabinet. The room has also been upgraded with double sockets with 3 usb chargers and wifi booster. Digital aerial and television with freeview. Wifi throughout the house.

Toilet on first floor, recently decorated with new sink. Ground floor walk-in cabinet shower with radio, Bluetooth and lights. Overhead, handheld shower-head and jets. (Sauna function with aromatherapy available for small extra charge.) Toilet off of shower room.

Use of kitchen, own cutlery, crockery and food cupboard. Living/dining room with amazon fire tv, lounge with sky tv. External laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (small charge for dryer). Shared fridge/freezer in outbuilding. Large garden with covered patio area. We share our home with our two young dogs.
