The Annexe tenant also has use of a large shed on site, housing gym equipment for all housemates to use and store bicycles etc.

What is included in your all inclusive rent: Your rent covers the cost of all bills, including council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV license and unlimited broadband and a maintenance man on call for any issues.

There is a professional cleaner that visits the main house every 2 weeks, if you would like to also use this service, this can be arranged an an additional cost.
