The flat has ample storage for 2 people and is situated in a quiet residential road with private parking.
The flat is close to shops and is a 5 minute walk to Grange Hill station or 15 minutes to Hainault (both central line). If you enjoy the countryside, there are beautiful walking and cycling routes just down the road.
