Walking distance to town centre, train station with excellent transport links to Central and Kent. Short drive to Lakeside Shopping centre and retail Parks. Access to huge 100ft garden and conservatory.

Double room is fully furnished with adequate storage bright and airy. Fitted kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Bathroom with overhead shower and downstairs toilet. Laminate flooring and tiles throughout.

A private driveway to park 2 cars. WiFi throughout and central heating.

I work away so at the house approximately one weekend a month. Therefore looking for another l professional house mate to join current house mate to look after the house and make this their home.
