Hi there. Our house is in a great location, 5 minutes to the M25, lakeside and a 15 minute walk to grays town centre for bus and rail links. We're a very easy going house and everyone gets along great. No hard and fast rules, smokers are ok, but only in the garden. Housemates share the bathroom and have full use of all the house, apart from the living room, but there's a dining room with sofa and android box tv that you're welcome to use as a chill space.
Full time Working people only I’m afraid and Sorry no shift workers, we tried it but as we’re all 9-5 workers it just didn’t work out.
Guys only because we've had problems with girls in the past, off street parking, wi-fi and all bills included. Rent is £110 per week, payable in advance plus £400 deposit. Room will be available from 11th July
