I have a large double room and a good size single room available in newly renovated 3 bed house. I have a cat, called Popcorn, who is very cute & friendly!

Brand new kitchen & dining room, brand new bathroom with bath & rainfall shower, downstairs toilet, house updated and redecorated throughout. Shared sitting room. Shared dance studio/gym.

Lovely quiet road in a nice, safe location. 2 min walk to high street & very close to bus stop for Stansted airport. 10 min drive to Stansted airport. (15 minute bus to airport & bus stops very close to house)

All bills included. Council tax included.

Room 1: is a large double and is furnished with a single bed, desk and chair, mirror, chest of drawers, bedside table & wardrobe.

Room 2 is a good size single room with loads of storage space (1 built in wardrobe, plus overhead cupboards and floor length wardrobe in photo), bedside unit, single bed.

Bills include a professional cleaner every week for communal areas such as kitchen, toilet, bathroom, hallways etc.

Must be able to show proof of employment.
