I'm looking for someone to house share with. The person must be respectful and clean and tidy.
I am a sociable, easy going secondary school teacher who enjoys travelling, sailing, diving and cooking. I have a 7 year old daughter so someone CRB checked would be an advantage but not essential.
The room is very spacious and furnished. The house has a very large garden and is in walking distance of several pubs and shops. Shoeburyness train station and East Beach are only a few minutes away.
The house share could potentially suit someone with children who might wish to visit and stay overnight at times.
Friendly small dogs who like children will also be considered.
A rent reduction for someone only needing the room Monday to Friday could be possible.
