Double Room to Rent

If anyone has any friends or family requiring a room to be near work/ Studies or just to get on there feet before getting their own place.
I have a double room available to let within my home in the village of Great Wakering , 5 minutes outside Southend-On-Sea and 40 minute train ride to London . All Bills, broadband, Sky and Council Tax included. £110 a week.
Southend is just a 5 minute drive away, with Southend Victoria station through to Liverpool street or with the nearest station just 2 minutes drive which is an over ground link all the way through to London Fenchurch street.
Local amenities such as the Co-op and numerous pubs, Chinese, Indian food etc close by. Also a 2 minute drive to Shoebury east beach and 5-7 minute walk to Cupids Country club.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with toilet and I have a spare off road parking space for one vehicle which you would be free to use.
I am a professional person myself, I work as a Dental Nurse - I would prefer that that the potential tenants are either students or professionals, which are seeking accommodation.
Short term, with a review after 6 months.
My only requirement is that my home is respected and that you make your own meals.
I would require speaking to any potential tenants on the phone briefly for the purposes of vetting and just getting to know you.
