The room which is on the ground floor at the back of the house overlooking the garden, is for single occupancy has a clean and comfortable double bed and leather armchair. The room dimensions are 4 metres wide x 2. 8 metres depth and has a large open closet, dressing area 1. 2 metres which currently houses a study desk, storage cabinet and hanging space.

Ideally located just a stones throw from the Hadleigh central bus station and about 7 mins by car from either Rayleigh or Benfleet rail stations. Also a short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Hadleigh. There is shared used of kitchen and utility room (with washing machine), dining room and separate, modern shower room and toilet.

All bills and fibre broadband included. We are very easy going and fun house sharers who are easy to get along with and we are sure you will feel very welcome, comfortable and like you belong in our friendly environment.
