We have a large bright airy double room available in a spacious 3 bedroom detached house which is in a quiet location, yet only a few minutes walk to Hadleigh town centre on the A13 and bus routes. The room has plenty of storage space with fitted wardrobes, cupboards and drawers. There is a TV, radio/CD player and a computer desk. Free WiFi is available.

Shared kitchen and dining room. Virtually exclusive use of our family bathroom as we tend to use downstairs shower room. Use of all household facilities, including washing machine, dishwasher, freezer and fridge.

Large well kept gardens and patio area with use of clothes line. Off street parking is available on large frontage.

We are a friendly, clean and tidy married couple in our early sixties, looking for a like-minded lodger (professional person M/F) who will respect our home and furnishings. We would want references and a deposit. Neither of us smoke and although we don't object to smokers, there is no smoking in the house.

Sorry, but no DSS or couples.

Obviously, we appreciate there are difficulties due to covit 19, but we hope this will not prove a problem.

£495 per calendar month to include all utility bills, excluding phone (landline).
