Spacious double room in friendly house with a lovely garden available from mid December. Rent includes all bills (including wifi). The room has massive built in wardrobes so loads of storage space. If you prefer to bring your own bed, thats fine with me.
The house is in a great location close to shops, and a 20 walk to the train station.
If you are looking for a short let (under 6 months), I will consider it, at a slightly highter price depending on the length of time.
