The end of terraced house is situated 10minutes from the m11 and 10 minutes in the other direction of the town centre. It is situated in a col de sac, with friendly neighbours.
The double bedroom comes fully furnished with a double built in wardrobe, double bed with pillows and sheets as well as a end of bed basket for your belongings and a small 3 tired side table next to the bed. The bed is an ottoman pull up with full space underneath for your belongings. It has a mirror in the room and a fold down blind. It is situated at the front of the house, overlooking the square col de sac. All the space in the room is yours I. e under bed and in wardrobe
I am a stay at home mum and live with my young daughter of 2 years and looking for a female to rent. Alcohol and bacon or pig foods are forbidden in this house.
Bills include your gas, water, electricity and wifi. You will need to pay for food your own food and have your own kitchen equipment & cutlery. There is no TV in the room, however you can get your own and put it up.
You will have access to the bathroom, shower room and kitchen only, as well as your own room.
Parking is available but not directly outside the house but a 10 second walk away. No permits needed.
Room is ready to be lived in now.
