The house is managed by Maar, the house manager, whose room opens directly onto the kitchen area, unlike the other rooms (including your one) that open into the hallway.

House Rules:

The kitchen cannot be used after 10 PM to avoid noise.

The washing machine cannot be used after 8 PM to prevent disturbing other tenants.

Smoking is not allowed as the smell travels quickly in the hallway.

The boiler is located in the hallway, and the router is in the house manager room; both the router and the boiler are secured with locks and are not accessible to tenants.

The router provides WiFi, which is available free of charge.

The house manager is very helpful and always available to assist residents.

Payments can be made in cash or by debit card

Showers can be taken every day, but you must clean the shower glass inside and out each time to help the house manager maintain the house.

A spray bottle and cloth will be provided by the house manager for bathroom cleaning, but these must be kept in your room as they tend to disappear if left in the bathroom.

Guests are allowed only once a week, but this should not become a regular occurrence.

Guests must leave before 7 PM, and the landlord (Mukesh) must be informed in advance.

The house is equipped with cameras for everyone's security.

The kitchen does not have a table at the moment.

The property owner and Landlord, namely Mukesh Mandala, is responsive on WhatsApp, but you can primarily refer to Maar for any problem you might have. He is very helpful but please do help him as well, as in cleaning the toilet every day and generally maintaining the house in good state.

The house is located near a small shopping center in a countryside area, surrounded by scenic views with rabbits, deer, fireflies, and horses.

A highly recommended fish and chips shop is just a short walk away, offering delicious meals for £10.

Please ensure to turn off lights and other appliances after use to save energy.
