Property is a 10 minute walk to Gidea Park station which is a 20 minute journey to Liverpool Street as well as Elizabeth Line. David Lloyd Gym is a 2 minute walk away and it's a couple of minutes drive from the A12 and the A127, as well as being 5 minutes from the M25. It is a very quiet road which only residents use, no through road. Off road parking is fine as no yellow lines, space designated which can be used by lodger. Bike store also available and security door.

I am a teacher who works weekdays and spends evenings either relaxing or going to the gym. Weekends, like to spend my time watching sport, either having to complete some work at home or socialising with friends. Chilled and relaxed person who is looking for someone who is equally the same.
