1x Double Room in Leigh on Sea

I am looking for a new housemate to move in and share the house with me and my other housemate (F22).

Some background on me:
- I have lived in Leigh for 11 years
- I like to travel and am learning Spanish
- I enjoy sports (rugby, F1, cycling)
- I like movies/tv-series, running & cooking

I'm looking for a housemate that is tidy, friendly & considerate who works full / part time. Someone sociable who likes to have a laugh / not take themselves too seriously and who is happy either chilling out at home or going out.
The house is close to all Leigh has to offer:
- 5 min walk to nearest supermarket
- 5 min walk to shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc
- 10 min walk to Leigh Station (45 min train to London Fenchurch St)
- 10 min drive to Southend Hospital
- 10 min walk to the coast
- 10 min walk to nearest GP
- 10 min drive to Southend Airport

Bedroom on offer is furnished (double bed, matress, wardrobe & chest of drawers); however, should you wish to use your own furniture it may be possible to move some items to another room. Your bathroom is shared with my other female housemate.

House has a main living room with 2 sofas, tv, speakers, log burner and a snug/office with small sofa & tv as well as desk & screen set up for working from home. This makes it ideal for a house share, allowing either time spent together or apart. All current bills, including wifi & streaming services, are included in the rent. The house is alarmed, so provides security & peace of mind.

The open plan kitchen/diner is a large space, easily allowing more than one person to be cooking at a time, it’s also a great communal space with doors to the decking. Kitchen has all the usual furniture and appliances (hob, oven, air fryer etc), as well as pots, pans, utensils, crockery, cutlery & glassware.
The large decking has sun loungers, table & chairs, gas BBQ, outside tap & 2 electical sockets. Garden is West facing so decking & garden are in the sun from around 11/12am until sunset. High fences on both sides provide privacy from neighbours' gardens.

House has 1 off-street parking space and then another space adjacent to this in the road in front of the house.
