The flat has two separate bathrooms, outside there is a decked area and private roof garden with grass and jacuzzi. The house has wifi, bills included and is close to all amenities as well as being walking distance to Leigh on sea station, but far enough to not hear it. We are close to the beach and various beautiful nature areas.
There are quick links to A13 and the A127, close to southend, not far from basildon, rayleigh, billericay etc.
The spacious double bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, tv,, bedside draws and bookcase, . Bedding is provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
My home is my haven so a respectable, calm, happy, healthy, balanced, active, friendly atmosphere and it is important for it to keep it that way. This is also a very tidy and clean home.

I have a lovely calm, content, sociable and happy 2 year old, previous lodgers have commented on how happy he is and how you don’t hear him (for anyone who is worried about noise).
