I am urgently looking for a joint tenant on a house that I currently rent in Leigh on sea. I have just split from my husband and would love to be able to stay here but cannot afford to do so on my own. This is a character 3 bed house to share with a lovely garden, 1 large and 1 small sheds for storage too. The new tenants bedroom is a large double room, also a spare room to share. Downstairs is a nice sized kitchen and a big lounge and dining room. Although the house is fully furnished, I would happily make room for the new tenants furniture if I can or they are welcome to share what I have already. I am a clean and tidy person and I love to garden when I can. £800 per month would cover your rent, council tax and utility bills although if you wanted me to keep sky and WiFi, I’m happy to go halves with you. My landlord has given me until 3rd August to find a joint tenant so if you are interested please contact me ASAP as time is running out and really don’t want to move from this lovely house.
