We pride ourselves as a family-run business based in Essex. We do not use letting agents and manage the property ourselves, meaning there are no hidden fee’s and making us personally available for our tenants if there are any issues. We ask for 1 month’s rent upfront and 1 month’s rent as a deposit. There are no other charges. We ensure all our properties are safe, secure and well maintained.
