Monday to Friday (£125 pw) or £40 per. night - bills included. For those of you who don’t know this means your belongings don’t stay here from Friday morning, this is for people working away from home.

This lovely spacious 2 story maisonette home is well situated for links into london, Southend, basildon etc. and, the a13 and a127. There is a bus stop outside and it’s an 8-10 minute walk to leigh station. It’s close to amenities and all leigh on sea life has to offer!
It’s a lovely spacious double room, furnished in a beautiful, warm, considerate, relaxed, balanced, clean, tidy, calm friendly household.

The home also has an outdoor terrace garden with hot tub for relaxing. When you are at one end of the home you don’t hear indoor noise
From the other end of the home.

I am looking for right person to compliment my home who also must be clean, tidy and respectful.

You will have a separate bathroom with washing machine mainly for your own use.

I’m very much into well-being and having a positive harmonious home that is friendly and respectful.

Lastly, I have a beautiful, happy and bubbly 2 year old son who is in daycare 5 days a week whilst I work, he is of no bother to the household, he is very joyful, happy, content and chilled. (Words from everyone who meets him)
