We are 4 professionals and a labradoodle looking for a suitable housemate to share our 6 bedroom clifftop house. It is situated a short distance from the popular Broadway shops and Wine Bars with just a two-minute walk to Leigh-on-Sea Station and the famous Old Town with its Seafood Sellers and traditional pubs.
The first-floor room overlooks the garden and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, shelf unit, and TV.
High-speed broadband wifi is available throughout the house. We have Sky Q HD with Sports, Cinema, On-Demand, Catch-up, etc.
We have a professional cleaner once a week for communal areas.
Shared facilities include a bathroom with a power shower (one room in the house has en-suite) ground floor WC, kitchen with Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, etc. Pleasant garden with Rotary clothesline, Barbecue, and sheds. Off-street parking is also available.
